Top-performing buyers don’t evaluate factories — they evaluate systems. The key dimensions: 1. Production System (Not Just Capacity) Is the process fully integrated or outsourced? Can they control every step from mold to UV printing? 2. Innovation Capability (Not Just Design) Do they have patents or just templates? Can they create exclusive SKUs? 3. Quality Consistency (Not Just QC Claims) Is there an in-house lab or third-party reliance? Can they guarantee batch-to-batch consistency? 4. Compliance Readiness (Not Just Certificates) Are documents ready before shipment? Do they understand EU & US regulations deeply? 5. Market Adaptation (Not Just Production) Do they understand Amazon, TikTok, DTC trends? Can they support branding, packaging, and positioning? 👉 Insight: Most factories pass 2–3 of these. Very few pass all 5.
