Production process:

Step 1, Made Raw case by injection mould.

Step 2, Make position point on the raw case

Step 3, Inject special adhesive on position point.

Step 4, Embed crystal diamond on exact position point one by one by manual.

Step 5, Bake the case in the oven, and then the product is finished after adhesive is completely solidified.

After the completion of above five steps, several materials are completely combined together. The crystal diamonds protrude from the surface but won't peel off.

Production process:

Step 1, Making cutting die according to customer's design or physical products.

Step 2, Print customer's design. If design is single color, silkscreen or hot stamping is applied. For colored designs, UV printer, printer, inkjet printer, etc.,... is applied.

Step 3, Paste double-side adhesive.

Step 4, Die cutting.

Step 5, Drop epoxy resin or PU resin.

Step 6, Bake the products in the oven.

Two kinds of materials can be used for glue dropping process. One is epoxy resin which is used indoor and pasted on the flat surface. FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) can apply this type of resin. The other is polyurethane (PU resin). The feature of this type of resin is anti-UV, and won't turn brown or hard. Usually, there is no change of PU resin for 5 years of usage. But the price is slightly expensive. Both of two types of resin are transparent, tasteless and environmental friendly.

Part 3 MOQ (Minimum order quantity)

The epoxy technique is very flexible. Usually, we prepare various styles and various models of raw case. Under the condition of the raw case having stock, the MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 100PCS, accepting mixed models and patterns, but there is a scale price for different quantity.

Part 6 Warranties

1. Our company has been operating for 17 years. Quality is the foundation of our company. On the basis of ISO90001 quality system certification, all products are 100% inspected before shipment.

2. Welcome to assign the quality control personnel or third part to our factory to do inspection.

3. If the mass production does not match the sample, after confirmation by both parties, our company can replenish the goods for free.

Part 7 NDA(non-disclosure agreement)

We mainly serve the global brand customers. On the basis of the BSCI social responsibility system certification, we have very rich experience in the protection of customer information and won't show customer's designs or other confidential materials on the website, the exhibition or to third party under any circumstances. Both parties can sign NDA. Once found we violate a treaty, we can follow the rules of NDA and make compensation.
