Function: Car stickers are mainly used to decorate the car interior or body, which makes car pretty. Car body stickers can also choose reflective materials or luminous materials, which can effectively avoid safety accidents of night drive. The car door anti-collision sticker is pasted on the car door, such as in the parking, to prevent the collision of other vehicles when opening the door and causing damages. However, in order to achieve the purpose of anti-collision, anti-collision stickers should not be too thin or too hard. Therefore, we developed anti-collision stickers with a thickness of about 2mm. It is soft and has a good buffer. The process of epoxy dropping is the same as the principle of amber formation. Two kinds of resin materials can be used for resin dropping process. One is epoxy resin. This kind of resin is cheap, but it can only keep 3 months unchanging of brown and hard. It is suitable for promotional gifts. The other is polyurethane (PU resin), the characteristics of this resin is anti-UV, anti-brown and anti-hard. Usually, it can be used for 5 years and will not have any changes, but the price is more expensive. It suitable for brand owners' long-term sales or car beauty shop. Two kinds of resin are transparent, colorless, tasteless and environmentally friendly materials.

Part 1 What items will you need to take notice on making car epoxy sticker / Car door anti-collision sticker?
Every merchant of car stickers or car door anti-collision stickers will care for below points.
First, the color should be accurate, and the color of each batch should be similar more than 95%. We have 2 engineers with more than 10 years of experience in color-mixing.
Second, die cutting should be accurate, and bias is not allowed. Our company has automatic high precision positioning machine. The accuracy of positioning hole determines the accuracy of die cutting.
Third, printing should be clear. Our company has various printing machines, digital roll printer, UV printer, printer, inkjet printer, silkscreen printer, pad printer, hot stamping machine, etc. The machines are operated by the master with more than 10 years of experience. Meanwhile, and there is strict quality control of each process, and only QC signature approval can be proceeded.
Four, the thickness of the epoxy should be the same and no bubbles is allowed. Our factory adopts automatic visual epoxy dropping machine and vacuum defoaming machine. The tolerance of thickness of epoxy is within ±0.1mm.
Five, the dust dots on the surface is not allowed. Our factory has a 10,000-level dust-free workshop of 2000 square meters, central air conditioning, constant humidity, constant temperature and constant pressure to ensure that there will not be any dust in the workshop to fall on the surface of the product. Many factories can't do that. Because it takes 12 hours for resin to solidify, during which any dust falling on the surface of resin causes a defective product.
Six, Anti-UV. Our PU resin, specially used for outdoor products, can withstand high temperature, ultra-cold and ultraviolet radiation and will not turn brown and hard within five years.

Part 3 MOQ (Minimum order quantity)
The epoxy technique is very flexible. Usually, we prepare various styles and various models of raw case. Under the condition of the raw case having stock, the MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 100PCS, accepting mixed models and patterns, but there is a scale price for different quantity.
